These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AnyAdviceApp Ltd ("AnyAdviceApp", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
AnyAdviceApp is a pre-launch platform currently operating a waitlist. The Service — once launched — will connect users with certified mental health counsellors for anonymous, secure counselling sessions via text, voice, and video.
Our current Service consists of: a waitlist registration form, a product survey, and informational content about the upcoming application. No counselling services are currently provided.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
By registering for the waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from us related to the app launch, your queue position, and product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, a specific queue position, or any particular features at launch. We reserve the right to change the launch timeline, features, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Important: AnyAdviceApp is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 999 (UK emergency services) or contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7).
