We collect the following categories of information:

  • Registration data: When you join our waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and optionally your phone number.
  • Survey responses: If you complete our survey, we collect your counselling preferences, payment preferences, age range, and how you heard about us.
  • Contact messages: If you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

While we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your waitlist registration data for as long as necessary to manage the waitlist and communicate with you about the app launch. Once the app is launched and you have been onboarded (or have opted out), we will delete or anonymise your waitlist data within 90 days.

Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.
